At Timely Kids, we want you to feel confident about your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, unworn, and in the original packaging
The item must be in the same condition as received
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved:
Your refund will be issued to the original payment method
Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider
Exchanges
If your item arrived defective or damaged, we’ll gladly replace it at no extra cost.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Items marked as final sale
Gift cards
Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect
Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after approval:
